Not happy with your order? Returns are free for 30 days.
Our 30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, refund, or replacement. Returns are always free; you will never pay for return shipping.
What we cover
- Changed your mind: return any item within 30 days for a full refund.
- Damaged or defective: we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.
- Wrong item or missing parts: we will send the correct item or missing part at no cost, or refund you in full.
How returns work
- Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please include a photo so we can resolve it quickly.
- If we need the item back, we will send you a free prepaid return label. In many cases you will not need to send anything back at all.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Good to know
- Items returned should include all original parts and accessories where possible.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible.
- Shipping on the original order is free, so there are no shipping fees to deduct from your refund.
