How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 5–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

What's your return policy?

Returns are free for 30 days after delivery. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are always replaced or refunded. See our full Return Policy.

What's the difference between Green and Red switches?

Green switches are clicky and tactile, with a satisfying click on every press. Red switches are smooth and linear with no click, so they're quieter and great for fast inputs.

Do the keyboards and keypads need drivers?

No. They're plug and play over USB and work with Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Which mouse pad size should I get?

Small (12 × 10 in) fits just a mouse. Large (24 × 12 in) fits a compact keyboard and mouse. The XL Desk Mat (31.5 × 12 in) fits a full-size keyboard and mouse with room to spare.
